Townhouse Duplexes

Four units on an in-fill lot are designed to have a townhouse-style street presence. The two duplexes face opposite ends of a through-block parcel. Each unit has its own front and rear porch, and access to a common shared rear yard. The exterior façade is simple yet articulated, using two patterns of siding.
